Creating Calmness Plan
Work with me for one month to create a feeling of calm in your life, work on stress and anxiety, and get clear on your goals.
I know what it's like to feel anxious and stressed, having suffered with anxiety over the years, and have found many techniques which help me to overcome this and move on.
This is a one month plan where we will use a variety of techniques - raw food nutrition, aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, reiki, crystals, meditation and journaling.
We will meet once a week for four weeks and each session with be between 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
We will discuss your current situation, do some meditations and breathing techniques, talk about how nutrition can help with anxiety and you will have a reflexology session to help you to relax and feel calmer and more balanced.
This week you will have a crystal healing and reiki session, and we will discuss how you can incorporate crystals into your life to help you cope with stress and anxiety. We will do some crystal meditation and journaling.
This week is all about aromatherapy, you will have a deeply relaxing aromatherapy massage using calming oils, we will discuss how to use essential oils in everyday life to create more calm and relaxation, and we will do more meditations to further help you relax. I will also teach you how to blend essential oils to create calming blends for yourself at home.
This week we will chat about your journey over the last month, review how you're feeling and discuss ways of moving forwards. We will meditate, do some journaling and will end our sessions with a lovely relaxing aromatherapy foot massage or scalp massage (your choice).
